Delete your Adruptly account

You can delete your Adruptly account and its data at any time.

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

1. Open the Adruptly app, or go to adruptly.com/app and sign in.
2. Open Profile from the account menu at the top right.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Option 2: by email

If you cannot sign in, email ads@adruptly.com with the subject "Delete my Adruptly account". Send it from the email address on your account, or include your username. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email or username, business details, contact phone and email, website
• All your ads, including uploaded images and videos
• The QR codes of your ads and their scan records
• Schedules for your ads, so they stop appearing on screens
• Your sign-in account

What is kept

• Anonymous, aggregated information that does not identify you, such as screen uptime and website visit counts.
• Copies that may remain for a limited time in backups kept by our service providers.
• Information we are required to keep by law, for example records of payments, if any.
